# Postalu pricing

Postalu is a social publishing hub: write one post, get it approved and publish it to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn from one calendar.

Prices are in US dollars, per connected account. Sales tax and VAT are added at checkout where they apply. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record.

## What each plan includes

- **Every plan:** calendar and scheduling, drag-and-drop rescheduling, drafts, carousels and Stories, two-factor sign-in, encrypted channel tokens.
- **Solo and Agency (paid):** post analytics, best times to post, AI writing help, unlimited posts.
- **Agency only:** team members and roles, approvals before publishing, audit log. Team members are not charged extra. A free agency account can add 1 team member.

## Billing

- Billed monthly or yearly; yearly is twelve months for the price of eleven.
- Cancelling returns the workspace to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
- A Solo account can be upgraded to Agency at any time. Agency cannot be downgraded to Solo.
- If a payment fails, paid features stay on for a three-day grace period while it is retried.
