Set up alerts in Slack, Teams or email

Get told when a post fails, a login expires or a platform hits a daily limit.

On Alerts add Slack (an incoming-webhook URL), Microsoft Teams (a Workflows webhook URL) or email (a confirmation link is sent first). Secrets are stored encrypted and never shown again. Use Send test to check a channel.

What triggers an alert

• A post failed to publish, or a scheduled post was missed or interrupted.
• A login is expiring or has expired (checked daily).
• A platform hit its daily limit, or the scheduler hit an error.
• A post is waiting for approval, and a short weekly report on Mondays.

The same problem is sent once every 6 hours, and at most 30 messages go out in an hour.
