History: results, links and retries

Read each post's status and retry just the platform that failed.

History shows each post as Completed, Partial or Failed, with a link to the live post and the first comment's status.

Open a post and retry a single failed platform, or all of them. The media is already stored, so nothing is re-uploaded. Comments can be retried separately.
