The workbook has a Posts sheet (the one that is read) and an Instructions sheet. Keep the header names. Only the first sheet is read, and fully empty rows are skipped.

| Time | Optional publish time | 09:30, 9:30 PM, or an Excel time. A date with no time posts at 09:00. A time with no date: Add a Date to go with the Time, or clear the Time. Anything else: Time must look like 09:30. |
| Post type | Photo / video, Story or Text | Blank means Photo / video. Anything else: Post type must be one of: Photo / video, Story, Text. The template has a drop-down. |

2. Messages when the sheet cannot be read

| That file isn't a valid .xlsx workbook. | Save as Excel Workbook (.xlsx); CSV and older .xls are not accepted. |
| The workbook has no sheets. / The sheet has no posts. | Add at least one row under the headers. |
| Missing column: Title. Download the template again. | The header row lost the Title heading. |
| The file is larger than 1 MB. | Remove images or extra sheets from the workbook. |
| Choose the .xlsx file to upload. | The file was empty or not chosen. |
Rows with a problem are listed as can't be scheduled with their row number and skipped. Fix them in the sheet and upload again; rows that were fine are not affected.
