Bulk upload posts from an Excel sheet
Download the template, fill one row per post, upload it and schedule everything.
- On Scheduled press Download template and fill one row per post.
- Press Upload filled sheet. The sheet is only read at this point; nothing is saved yet.
- Add the media for each row (see match files to rows).
- Fix anything marked on a row, then press Schedule N posts. A progress bar shows the upload.
- You get a result: how many were scheduled and why any rows were skipped.
The sheet columns
| Column | What goes in it |

| Title | The text of the post (required) |
| Description | Optional longer text, used where a platform has a description box |
| First comment | Optional comment posted right after (not on TikTok) |
| Tags | Separated by commas. Added to the end of the post as #hashtags |
| Date, Time | Optional, in your time zone. A date with no time posts at 09:00. Leave both empty to use your next free slot |
| Post type | Photo / video (default), Story or Text |
| Category | Your own label. It is shown on the post and is not published |
Up to 50 rows per upload, and the file must be under 1 MB. Delete the two example rows first.
