1. Add each row's photo or video
After the sheet is read, every photo or video row shows No photo or video chosen. Press Choose photo or video on a row and pick its file (several photos make a slideshow), or Change to pick another. Text rows need no file. A warning above the list says how many posts still need one, for example 4 posts need a photo or video. Add one to each post below. The Schedule button stays off until every ticked row has its media.
2. Choose the accounts
The Post to these accounts panel lists every platform your ticked rows use:
- A platform with one connected account shows that account's name. Nothing to do.
- A platform with several connected accounts shows Choose an account. Pick the one to post to. The upload will not start until you have, so a sheet can never silently post to the platform's oldest account.
- Fill from a queue sets the accounts a queue holds. If a queue holds two accounts of one platform, that platform is left for you to pick.
One account is chosen for each platform for the whole upload. If a row needs a different account, upload it in a separate sheet or make that post in Create post.
3. Tips
- Untick a row's checkbox to leave it out of this upload.
- Pick the platforms for each row with the chips under its title. They start from the ones you used last.
