- Press Schedule N posts. The button shows Uploading… 37% and a bar fills as each file uploads, with a line such as Uploading clip-3.mp4 (3 of 8)….
- When the files are up it says Scheduling posts… while each row is scheduled.
- The result appears: N posts scheduled and, if any, K rows skipped with a list: Row 4: …reason….
- The scheduled posts appear in the Scheduled timeline straight away.
- Skipped rows are not scheduled. Fix the reason (in the sheet, or on the review screen) and upload again; posts already scheduled are not duplicated unless you upload their rows again.
- Files for rows that were not scheduled are uploaded but then unused. They are removed by the 32-day clean-up.
- If the upload itself fails (for example the network drops) you see the reason and can try again; nothing is scheduled by a failed upload.
1. Common reasons for a skipped row
- The free plan's weekly post limit: Your free plan allows 5 posts a week. It resets on Monday. Upgrade for unlimited posts.
- A platform paused after a daily limit: <Platform> is paused…
- The row has no free queue slot, or its date is out of range.
- A caption or comment that is too long, a file the platform refuses, or an account that was disconnected after you opened the review.
