- A free workspace can send 5 posts each week. The week runs Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday.
- A post counts once, not once per platform. One post to seven platforms is one post.
- It counts when you publish it or schedule it. A post you schedule today for next month uses this week's allowance today.
- A draft or a post waiting for review does not count until it is published or approved.
- Cancelling a scheduled post does not give the allowance back.
- The Posts this week meter on Plan & billing shows what you have used.
At the limit you see: Your free plan allows 5 posts a week. It resets on Monday. Upgrade for unlimited posts. Create post, bulk upload, publishing a draft and approving a post all respect it.
1. If you downgrade or cancel
When a paid plan ends and the workspace becomes free, Postalu looks at your scheduled posts. In each calendar week it keeps the first 5 and turns the rest back into drafts with the note Paused: the free plan allows 5 posts a week. Upgrade to schedule it again. Nothing is deleted.
