- Open Plan & billing and scroll to Upgrade.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly (yearly shows 1 month free).
- Choose how many accounts you need with the stepper. The minimum is the number you already have connected. Maximum 100.
- Check the total shown: the number of accounts × the per-account price, per month or per year.
- Press Upgrade for $… / month (or year). You are taken to Paddle's secure checkout. Enter your payment details there; Postalu never sees your card.
- After you pay you return to Postalu. Your plan switches when Paddle confirms the payment, which usually takes under a minute.
Remember that the free 2 accounts do not carry over: you pay for every account you want connected. See How many accounts you can connect.
1. If something goes wrong

| You have N accounts connected and G are free. Buy at least M. | You must pay for at least the accounts you have connected beyond any free ones. Disconnect some or raise the number. |
| Choose between 1 and 100 accounts. | Out of range. |
| Billing isn't set up yet. / Couldn't open the checkout. Try again. / Couldn't reach billing. Try again. | A temporary problem with the payment provider. Try again later. |
| A banner saying new payments are closed | The Postalu team has paused new purchases. You can still manage or cancel an existing subscription. |
