- Open Plan & billing. Under Manage billing the stepper shows how many accounts you pay for.
- Set the new number. The panel shows Your new total, the change (for example +2 accounts, +$10 / mo) and a note: Changes are prorated for the rest of this billing period.
- Press Update to N accounts. A green message says Updated. The new number of accounts appears in a moment.
1. How proration works
Postalu asks Paddle to change the subscription and prorate it immediately. Paddle works out the difference for the days left in the current period and applies it straight away: you are charged for the extra accounts for the rest of the period when you add some, and you get a credit for the unused part when you pay for fewer. The next regular bill then uses the new number.
2. Rules
- You cannot go below the number of accounts that are connected: You have N accounts connected. Disconnect some first, or choose at least M. The stepper's minimum shows this.
- Paying for fewer is always allowed. Buying more needs new payments to be open.
- Between 1 and 100 accounts.
- Changing the number does not change monthly or yearly billing; that stays as you chose at checkout.
- Invoices and payment method opens Paddle's page for your receipts and card.
To pay for fewer accounts: first disconnect the accounts you no longer need, then lower the number here. Disconnecting alone does not change what you pay. See What disconnecting does to billing.
