A connected account is one profile or page: an Instagram professional account, a Facebook Page, a YouTube channel, a TikTok account, a Threads profile, an X profile, a LinkedIn profile or a LinkedIn Page. Each LinkedIn connection counts separately.
1. What counts and what does not
- Only accounts with the status connected count. A disconnected account does not use a slot.
- Reconnecting or refreshing an account that is already connected never counts as a new one.
- At the limit, connecting another account is refused: Your plan allows N connected accounts. Upgrade to connect more. (on the free plan, N is 2).
- The Connected accounts meter on Plan & billing shows used against the limit.
2. Accounts Postalu gives you
Sometimes Postalu gives a workspace paid accounts for free, for example as an offer. You see a banner such as Postalu has given you 3 paid accounts, free with an Accept button, and then the plan page says N accounts, given to you by Postalu. These have no card on file. If you need more, add extra accounts and pay only for the extra ones; the stepper then counts only the extra accounts.

- Upgrade to a paid plan Choose monthly or yearly and the number of accounts, check the total, and pay through Paddle.
- Change the number of accounts you pay for Add or remove paid accounts at any time. Changes are prorated for the rest of the billing period.
- What disconnecting an account does to your bill Nothing, by itself. You pay for the accounts you chose on Plan & billing, connected or not.
