Disconnecting an account does not reduce your subscription. Your bill is set by the number of accounts you chose under Manage billing, not by how many are connected right now.
| You do this | Effect on the bill |
|---|---|
| Disconnect an account | None. The slot is free to reconnect a different account, but you still pay for it. |
| Reconnect or refresh an account | None. |
| Lower the number of accounts under Manage billing | The next bills are smaller, and the unused part of this period is credited (prorated). |
| Add accounts under Manage billing | You are charged the prorated difference now, then the new total each period. |
1. Pay for fewer accounts
- Disconnect the accounts you do not need. You must do this first because the number you pay for can never be lower than the number connected.
- Open Plan & billing → Manage billing.
- Lower the stepper to the number you want and press Update to N accounts.
If you cancel the whole subscription instead, see Invoices, payment method, cancelling and refunds.
