| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Posts | Deliveries that went live in the range. One post to three channels counts as 3. |
| Views | How many times the platform says the post was viewed or played. |
| Reach | How many different people the platform says saw it, where the platform reports it. |
| Reactions | Likes and similar reactions. |
| Comments / Shares | Replies and comments; shares, reposts and quotes. |
| Engagement rate | Reactions + comments + shares, divided by reach (or by views for platforms that give no reach), added up over the posts that have an audience number. Posts without one are left out so they do not distort the rate. |
| Change arrows | The percentage change against the previous period of the same length. Green means up, red means down. There is no arrow when the earlier period had a zero. |
Numbers come from each platform and can differ from the platform's own app, because of timing and because each platform defines terms slightly differently. Instagram, for instance, reports plays for Reels and reach for photos.
Days follow your browser's time zone. The dashboard's scorecard uses UTC weeks instead (see Time zones).
