1. Platforms that are manual or missing
- X is never read automatically, because X charges for each read. Press Refresh when you want its numbers (this uses a little X credit).
- TikTok numbers are not available yet: reading them needs a TikTok permission Postalu does not have. Private posts have no public video to read either.
- A dash (—) on a card means the platform did not report that number, for example reach on some posts.
2. Limits
To protect platform quotas you can refresh a limited number of times: You're doing that too often. Wait a few minutes and try again. appears if you press Refresh too often in a short time.
