Instagram and Facebook: Reels, Stories and Pages
Feed posts versus Stories, covers, and picking the right Facebook Page.
- Stories take one photo or video and show no caption.
- Reels work best at 9:16. A cover can be a frame from the video or an uploaded image.
- Facebook posts go to a Page, not a personal profile. If you manage several Pages, choose one when connecting.
While the Meta app is in development mode, only people added as testers can connect an Instagram account. Letting anyone connect needs Meta's app review.
