Every post and reply uses prepaid credit in the X developer console.

Every post and reply draws down prepaid credits in the X developer console. Posts with a link cost far more than plain ones. When credits run out, the Dashboard says so. Add credit under Billing, then retry the post.

Scheduling an X post uses its credit at the scheduled time, and the Review step warns you.
