- Open Brand voice. Each connected account has a card.
- Write the voice in the box (up to 1,500 characters), for example Friendly and short. Opens with a question. Uses 1 or 2 emojis, no hashtags in the caption. Says “team” not “staff”.
- Or press Learn from this account. Postalu reads the account's recent posts and drafts a voice for you. Edit it, then press Save.
- Learning works for Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube, which Postalu can read. For other platforms write the voice by hand.
- It needs at least 3 recent posts with text: There aren't enough recent posts with text to learn from. Write the brand voice by hand.
- Learning counts toward your AI limits (see AI assist).
- Nothing is saved until you press Save. Saving or clearing a voice never uses the AI.
When you use AI assist, the voice saved for the first connected account of a platform you chose is added to the request so suggestions sound like you.
