Create a post, step by step
From choosing platforms to the live progress screen.
- Choose platforms. Disabled platforms are not connected, you do not have permission, or the platform hit a daily limit (the page says when it reopens). If a platform has several accounts, tick which ones.
- Add content. Pick the post type at the top: Photo / video, Text, Link or Poll. For media, drop a video or photo (up to 500 MB per file). The left side previews it; the right holds the caption, description, first comment and platform settings.
- Review. Adjust which platforms each item goes to, then choose Publish now or Schedule for later. You can queue several items and publish them together.
- Publish. Each platform reports live: uploading, processing, published.
Select two or more photos to make a carousel and drag to reorder them. Choose Story for Instagram and Facebook Stories.
Without publish rights you see Submit for review and Save as draft instead of Publish.
