Above the caption box press Import from .md and choose a .md file. Postalu reads headings and puts each section in the right field. It replaces what is in those fields.

Headings are not case sensitive, and any heading level works (#, ##). A heading needs a space after the #, so a hashtag like #launch inside a line is never mistaken for a heading. If the file has no headings, the whole file becomes the caption.

A file with these lines, in this order, one per line:

gives the caption Three mistakes that kill your reach. followed by the three hashtags, the description with the hashtags added, and the first comment as written.
After importing, a green message says Imported caption, description (max 5 tags) and first comment from your-file.md. Edit anything before you continue.
