- Uploading your media shows the file name, how many files are done, and a percentage with a short commentary line. Keep the page open until the upload reaches 100%.
- Initializing broadcast engine appears while the post is saved.
- Each platform then shows Waiting in queue…, then Processing… with a status line (for example Sending 3 photos to TikTok…), then ✓ Published or an error.
With more than one post, a Batch Broadcast card shows how many are published, processing and failed. Platforms run side by side, so one failing never stops the others.
1. If a platform fails
- The reason appears in plain words with the next step, for example Reconnect now or Open X billing. See A post failed: what the message means.
- Press Retry on that platform. The media is already stored, so nothing uploads again.
When everything finishes the header changes to Broadcast Completed. Press View Broadcast History → to open History.
Publishing now needs the page open while the file uploads from your browser. A scheduled post does not: its media is uploaded first, then it publishes from the server at the chosen time.
