1. Login expired or revoked
<Platform> login expired or was revoked. Reconnect <Platform> from the dashboard, then retry.
- The platform no longer accepts Postalu's login: it ended, or you changed your password or removed Postalu's access there.
- Press Reconnect now (or Dashboard → channel → ⋮ → Refresh connection), approve, then Retry publishing. If you cannot reconnect, "Ask an admin to reconnect it" appears. See Logins that expire.
2. Rate limit
<Platform> is limiting requests right now. Wait a few minutes and retry.
- The platform is slowing Postalu down for a moment. Wait, then retry. It is not a daily limit.
3. Permission refused
<Platform> didn't allow this action. Reconnect <Platform> and accept all permissions, then retry.
- A permission you did not tick when connecting is needed. Reconnect and tick all of them. If you manage a Page or Company Page, make sure your account still has the right role there.
4. Temporary problem
Couldn't reach <Platform> or it had a temporary problem. Retry in a minute.
- A timeout, network issue or an outage at the platform. Retry in a minute. If it persists, check the platform's status page.
5. Missed its scheduled time
This post missed its scheduled time because the server was offline for too long. Open the post and use Retry to publish it now.
- More than 2 hours late. See What happens if a scheduled post is late or missed.
6. Publishing was interrupted
Publishing was interrupted (the server restarted while it was running). Open the post and use Retry.
- Open the post and press Retry publishing. Nothing is duplicated.
7. Something else
If Postalu does not recognise the platform's reply, it shows the platform's own wording (without the bracketed code), or <Platform> publishing failed. if there is none.
- Read it for a clue (a size, a length, a format) and try Photo and video requirements.
- Retry once. If it still fails, copy the message and write to support@postalu.com with the post's link.
