What happens if a scheduled post is late or missed

The scheduler timing, the 2-hour grace window and how to recover.

The app checks every 30 seconds. A post up to 2 hours late still goes out. Later than that it is marked Missed, and an interrupted upload is marked for retry. Both appear on the Dashboard. Open the post and retry it.
