- Optionally drag in or upload a picture (PNG, JPEG or WebP). Large screenshots are shrunk automatically.
- Select Send Feedback.
The Postalu team reads every message and can contact you by e-mail at the address on your account. You can send up to five an hour. If something is broken and you need help now, use Contact support instead.
1. How this page stays updated
On the Publish pages, the Dashboard and Analytics, the cloud button next to Share Feedback shows when the posts from your channels and the post metrics were last refreshed, and how often. Post metrics refresh every 24 hours, and scheduled posts are checked every 30 seconds.
