- Press the round ? button at the bottom right of any studio page (or Ask the Help Center in the profile menu).
- Type a question, or press a suggested one. You get the three help articles that match best, and each opens in a new tab. It searches the articles in this Help Center; it is not an AI and sends nothing outside Postalu.
- Still stuck? Press Get in touch with our support team, give a subject and a message, and attach up to 5 pictures (they are shrunk to fit). It is sent to our support inbox with your name, email, workspace and the page you were on, and we answer by email.
You can send a few requests an hour. For an idea or a problem with a screen, Share Feedback at the top of every page is the quicker way.
