Google Business Profile is switched on for Postalu once Google approves its access. Until then the platform shows as not available yet, and nothing can be connected or posted to it.
- On the Dashboard press + and choose Google Business.
- Sign in with the Google account that manages the business location and approve the permission to manage your Business Profile.
- If the account manages several locations you choose one. Connect again to add another location; each location is one account.
- You return to the Dashboard. The row shows the location's name.
1. Before you start
- The location must already be verified in Google Business Profile, and the Google account must be an owner or manager of it.
- Each location counts as one connected account on your plan.
- The login renews itself, so you stay connected without signing in again.
2. What you can post

| Not available | Video, slideshows, Stories, polls and first comments are not offered for Google Business Profile. |
Google checks every post before it appears on your profile, so a new post can take a short while to show. A post that breaks Google's content policy is rejected and Postalu shows that as a failed post you can edit and retry. Post numbers (views and clicks) aren't available for Google posts, so they show a dash.
