Connect your social accounts
How to connect, refresh and add accounts, and what the card states mean.
The Dashboard shows one card per platform. Press Connect, approve on the platform's page, and you come back connected.
What the cards show
- Most logins renew by themselves and show Active (auto-refresh). If a card asks you to reconnect, do that before posting.
- Instagram, YouTube and TikTok show the @handle. Facebook shows the Page name, and you pick the Page if you manage several.
- LinkedIn is split into your personal profile and your Company Page.
Refresh or add another account
Connecting again with the same account refreshes it. Connecting a different account adds it. Log in to that account on the platform first (Google asks which one).
Only people with the connect permission can connect or disconnect accounts. Everyone else can still see what is linked.
