- TikTok: apps cannot post comments there. History offers Copy comment so you can paste it in TikTok.
- Stories: have no comments at all.
- The post itself failed: the comment is only posted after the post succeeds.
- The comment failed but the post is live: the card says Comment: …reason… and offers Retry comment. Common causes are a revoked permission (reconnect), a comment that is too long for the platform, or the platform being slow to attach (Instagram and Threads wait a few seconds for the post to settle).
Limits: Instagram 2,200, Facebook 8,000, Threads 500, YouTube 10,000, LinkedIn 1,250, X 280 (as a reply).
