The Users page shows four counters (Team members, Can manage users, 2FA not set up, Disabled), a search box and the list. Open the menu on a person's row:
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Edit access | Change their role and permissions. |
| Disable user | Signs them out and blocks sign-in. Their posts stay. Enable user restores access. |
| Reset 2FA | Signs them out; they set up two-factor again on their next sign-in. Use it when someone loses their phone and recovery codes. |
| Delete user | Permanently removes the login and their profile picture. You type their email to confirm. Posts they created stay. |
- These actions are greyed out with a reason when the person has access you do not have, or when it is you.
- You cannot disable or delete the last active user manager: You can't disable the last user manager. / You can't delete the last user manager.
- Changes to people raise an alert (A team member was added, removed or had their access changed) and appear in the audit log. Critical changes ring the bell for people who manage users.
