Roles and permissions
Who can create, publish, approve, connect accounts and manage users.
Admins add people on Users and tick what each can do: create, edit, delete, publish, approve, connect accounts and manage users.

| Admin | Everything, including users |
| Social Media Manager | Runs the channels, no user management |
| Marketing Manager | Plans and posts content |
| Reviewer | Approves and publishes what the team submits |
| Content Manager | Writes drafts only |
