Drafts and approvals
Submit a post for review, approve it, or send it back with a note.
If you can create posts but not publish, press Submit for review in Create post, or on a draft in the Dashboard. It waits on the Approvals page and stays safe until someone acts.
People with the approve permission see every waiting post and can Approve and publish now, Approve and schedule at a time they pick, or Request changes with a note. The post then returns to its author as a draft showing the note.
You can only approve a post if you can publish to every platform on it, and two people cannot approve the same post.
